A fairly small room?
Whenever I hear about fairly powerful extractor fans, I can't help but wonder about the energy implications. If it actually succeeded in doing what it says on the tin, that one you're suggesting would empty a small house of all it's (expensively) heated air in not a lot more than half an hour, that air being replaced with whatever temperature air existed outside the house..
