Best mix and fill for repairing finished parquet floor

Hi

I have a pitch pine parquet floor where some joints need filling either through wear and tear or because i have re fixed loose blocks with lecol adhesive.
I have managed to acquire some pitch pine sawdust and i intend to buy some mix and fill for the joint filling.
can anyone recommend the best mix and fill product for this job? I have seen both water based and spirit based.
i will be sanding and re applying hardwax oil to the small repair areas when filled.

Thanks

whilst working on a referb job some years ago in London specialist parquet floor layers came onto the the job they used putty and powdered pigment to fill the nail holes holes this did a blinding job and is compatable with a traditional finish

I've got the same problem and we need something that doesn't shrink in the larger gaps between the blocks.
GL finding a solution :)
