Best paint to brighten up workshop

I have a brick built storage shed /worhshop. It is built back to earth so is never really 100 percent dry. It is rendered out inside and needs a lick of paint to brighten the walls up. What is the best paint to use given that 3 of the walls are full height back to earth and are always slightly damp?

Id go for non matt emulsion..cheap and it will let the walls breath a bit of that moisture out
 
Thanks for the reply, what do you mean by non matt emulsion :confused: something like vinyl silk ?
 
Oh sorry about that..I meant non vinyl matt.

A basic matt emulsion without the vinyl...contract/trade matt.
