I have a johnson & starley hi spec j25. Could any help me on where to advertise this forsale. The reason being that it is in nearly new condition. If anyone could point me in the right direction i would be very grateful.

I had a J&S M31 (similar to HiSpec 25), been in 2 weeks, took 3.5 years to sell it. And I had to fit it.
Ripped out a nearly new J&S Brink upflow heater last year, worth £2000 new, couldn't sell it on ebay for £100. Gave it to metal recycler.
So, to answer your question, try ebay for a few weeks and then scrap it. Or leave it outside and it will be gone in seconds.

But I am still looking for the original so that no alterations need to be done to the asbestoss lined cupboard, as I will need to call a asbestoss disposal expert from Nasa! Cordon off the whole street, place residents ina 5 star hotel at my expense, and pay the local council fee to register the dangerous demolition! Wear a special masks and space suit! Forget about a loan or a mortgage, I will need an IMF loan from the world bank to carry out this boiler change!
