If you are asking such basic questions then I dread what kind of finish you will achieve !
Thistle Multi Finish ...........................The clue is in the name this is ideal for skimming over different substrates wether it is cement render ,bonding Plasterboard or anything else
One coat plaster is for patch work and you will not achieve a proper finish
