I'm in the process of self building an extension with a flat, warm roof - as such I need a qty of OSB3. The prices I see online at a quick glance seem crazy high, £25 ish per 2400x600 board. I have a trade account at local dealer which gets me down to about £20.. Still seems quite high though and I wondered what others, perhaps in the trade, would expect to pay and where to buy?
