I've recently completed a raised deck that adjoins my neighbours fence. I can now see over the fence and want to put up some bamboo screening ( whole poles). I've ordered a roll of 5mx2m of bamboo screening but would like some advice on the best way to attach it. My neighbour says it is fine to attach it to his existing fence.
