Just moved house. Not really done any plumbing before but think this repair should not be beyond me.

What would be the easiest way to repair. Would it be cement fit or push fit?

That's knackered I'm afraid, it's solvent weld, so very little you can do with it there. What's the other side of the wall?

Simple fix. Replace that entire section through the wall, from the trap. Cut a short piece off the existing vertical pipe, fit a coupling, piece of pipe required length, new bend, and a section through the wall, cut as required to meet trap outlet.

Check size before buying anything, bathroom Basin, (sinks are for kitchens ;)), should be 32mm diameter waste, (A modern sink will be 40mm), although that does look like 40mm to me.
