Best way to insulate a Glamping Pod? (Paranoid about mould!)

I have bought a glamping pod from Quick-Gardens (that's a whole other discussion
I am alternating between sleeping in a tent outside and sleeping on the sofa, as I am allergic to the mould under the tiles in the upstairs bathroom.

I want this space to be super-safe mould-free - please help me?

I need to protect and insulate the pod asap, and my brain is spinning with all the info I'm trying to take in. I have 4 questions...

QUESTION 1: Is it worth treating the (un-pressure-treated) wood underneath the membrane/insulation/etc, even though it's not exposed to the elements? If so what is recommended, and low-VOC?

QUESTION 2: How do I do this on a curved surface?

QUESTION 3: Is there a way to address the thermal bridging (?), for example a small layer of insulation on top of each batten?

QUESTION 4: Will ventilation (with insect screen) on the bottom of each edge be enough, or shall I add some, maybe, in the tiny eaves?

I originally planned to add a EPDM rubber roof, but I am super sensitive to smells and I wouldn't cope with a constant rubber smell.
QUESTION 5: Is rubber paint the next best thing, if so which one? Will birds make holes in the roofing layer?

QUESTION 6: I can't reach!! I did not think about the height and need to fashion some kind of scaffolding, if anyone has any tips?

Beetle chomping? Any low VOC products are going to need all round application, to get the best protection. Every little helps I guess, but it depends on your expectations regards the longevity of the structure?

Thin layers built up. You could score and snap 25mm PIR, then treat it with foil tape to regain the foil intergrity. Faffy though. And the dust from PIR is horrendous. Or you could try multifoil? Not sure you'd be able to achieve their counterbatten/venting rquirements though.

I'm not sure where to start with that structure in terms of 'cold' v's 'warm' and venting. Seems like it's geared up to be fully insulated from inside with a kind of hybrid unvented jobbie.

I don't think there is a decent flat roofing product that doesn't have a newness odour. Birds don't care for flat roofing products. The squirrels on the other hand.....

Hire some trestles and about 16 scaffold boards to form a square ring around the structure. Six trestles should do it.

I counted six.

Seriously, if mould is an issue, why have you chosen a low end poorly insulated, difficult to work with structure, to effectively live in? Folk spend thousands now countering mould and the effects of a UK winter, in order to live mould free. I honestly don't know what you are expecting from this glorified tent.

Your roof joists must go front to back (in the pic) so the vents need to be at each end. And your element 2 on your print out should be a vapour barrier not a breathable membrane. And 50mm of rockwool is gonna do Sweet FA!

Sorry but I can't help thinking that grout sealant, bathroom ventilation, possibly retiling or bathroom underfloor heating are going to be the kind of solutions that will work for you...

As Stephen said wouldn't it be easier to sort out the bathroom and remove the mold and prvent it recurring
