Best way to insulated four pipes close together in loft?

Hi

I have a small loft at the end of my house (above utility room). Four pipes run through the loft, down the middle. I recently boarded the loft except for under the four pipes which remains unboarded. What would be the best way to insulate the pipes?

By "close together" I assume that you mean too close for conventional pipe insulation that comes as foam tubing.

You could use loft insulation wrapped around them. Also, when I put foam pipe lagging on my pipes in the loft, I had to remove some material about 2 inches wide that was wound around them. Perhaps you can still get hold of this.
