Best way to prep these walls for dot and dab/ tiling?

Hi all,
Renovating my house and have removed the tiles including most of the plasterboard. Wondering what the best way is to prep these walls for plaster boarding and tiling.

You can PVA and use some hardwall backing plaster in any big dips to look level first.
