Best way to remove spalled bricks to be replaced

Joint is too small to get an arb saw or most blades.is it just a hilti and smash it out ?

Drill the mortar out around the brick.

Cheers mate.usually i would but bricks have on average about a 3mm joint.bit of a nightmare job to be honest

Just smash the brick to pieces with whatever you've got cold chisel or kango
