Best way to stop sounds between bedroom?

Created a new stud wall between two bedrooms.

I have two main options

1. Use regular plasterboard and fill studs with Rockwool acoustic insulation (100mm)

2. Use sound deadening plasterboard and fill studs with mineral wool loft insulation (100mm)

Option 2 is far cheaper than option 1. But I want to know whether this is a wise choice or will I come to regret this decision?

Buy cheap, buy twice?

Use the Rockwool with the best db rating. And make sure it is Rockwool not any old quilt.

Use as few studs as possible, mastic the perimeter of the frame.
