Betacom 24c No Heating, Hot Water Fine

Hi all,

My Betacom 24c is giving off hot water fine, but the central heating is not working!

I have all the settings correct (ie, it is set to be on hot water and central heating).

Anyone have any ideas as to how to rectify this?

I have tried switching on and off, jiggling pipes and other scientific approaches, but to no avail. I am now desperate to find a solution!

what happens when you issue a hot water demand
does one pipes get hot underneath the boiler

Yeah, just the one pipe gets hot, which corresponds to my turning on a tap in the kitchen, so I take it this is for the hot water. When I turn on the heating in various locations throughout the apartment, nothing happens at all.

what controls you got then? in built timer? thermostat?
the inbuilt timer might be had it, changed a few.
