Bg employees or ex employees

Never done a single radical or GA.
With the trade you have there is better ways to earn far more money on your days off if you need it without someone looking over your shoulder

These days the office interrogate the customer before sending a call to GA as they have to justify raising every job, it is probably one of the biggest complaints I get.
It is also quite unusual to get anything passed from the late man these days as it still needs to fit GA criteria and cannot just pass over. Over the winter I was probably getting 1 call in every 5 GA's and nothing after midnight but each patch will be different.
GA and standy work is no longer included in performance time so no more issues there.

i disagree, although admit it will be down to your own office monkey as to how bad it gets.

my office monkey will quite happily pass over anything to GA. thats why you personally have to check the fault with the customer before you leave the house. if its on standby i would also send it back to be rescheduled by the office as rebooking the job yourself would impair your FTCR.
i dont know if it would on GA. i get so few of them i dont worry too much about it.

the office morons have targets to meet too. one of them is rescheduled appointments, if they reschedule they lose money. that is why you will get a fair amount of in day replanning and non standby and non GA work passing over to the men covering it.

standby work certainly is a part of the performance. GA im not sure about any more. it wasnt when i joined but it may have changed.

I'm talking in the last couple of months. We were told in a team brief but that doesn't mean its actually true it could just as easily have been bs to shut us all up.
