BG Ripoff

i must have got confused with my earlier post and agree that bg wouldnt fix a fault if they no of a problem even tho i hve been to a few houses where they have only been on 3 star for bout 2 or 3 weeks and miraculously their boiler has broken down with some expensive parts. BG is all about targets my manager is all about charts and position of our patch in the country its pathetic
