Bi fold doors advice needed

I'm after advice please on some bi folds I've had fitted recently. Water is filling up and not draining away but it's where its filling I think is the issue. Builder says they are fitted correctly however we've had issues with other items so wanted a different opinion.... should the water be sitting in the channel as per the picture

Hello,
Put a sheet of paper across the channel and close the door. Then pull the sheet back and check if there is any bit of resistance while doing it. If there is no resistance the joints are not completely watertight.
What builder is it ? Can you see any mention of water tightness classification ? I think it's called "BS EN 12208 + class number" in UK.
