Biasi 24 combi boiler switching off and on

Hi all,

When I switch on the central heating, the boiler heats up the rads no problem, but I can hear it clicking on and off almost all the time. Only happens when the heating is on.

Pilot light god off then reignites itself almost instantly

Any ideas??

It has a fault.

But since its likely to be gas/combustion related we do not advise on DIY repairs for those.

The best advice would be to get a good gas reg engineer.

Im not looking at fixing it myself, was just looking for some advice on what may be wrong & if its going to cost me a fortune to fix? or is it time for a new boiler.

Its likely to be just a heavy service issue.

I would charge about £96 as a repair.

But would deal with the cause at a routine £55 service during the summer if the boiler was still working correctly then.
