Biasi 24S, about 10 years old. All mechanical parts appear OK (pump, fans, valves etc). Boiler fires on demand of heating or DHW but has become progressively cooler in DHW output, and the heating is now struggling.
Flames look good, sys' pressure is OK, but temp' gauge rises to only 30C at about 8L/Min from the hot tap after 2...3 minutes! (Heating off).
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks.

You need to call a gas safe engineer asap. I would advise you not to use any gas appliances until the gas working pressure is tested at the meter. Sounds like a gas pressure problem due to either a fault with the supply or a fault with the boiler. You won't get any more specific info than that on this forum I'm affraid

Clearly you have not bothered to get your boiler serviced!

The 24S was last made during 2002 so is a minimum of 13 years old. The year of manufacturer is on the flap.

As a DIYer you should not even have been opening the combustion chamber to look at the fan. It is a sealed part of the boiler which creates the room sealed feature of the boiler which, if not tempered with, produces a very safe boiler installation.
