Hi Guys,
Our Biasi 24s Combi Boiler has stopped heating water for the taps UNLESS the Central Heating is on, the Central Heating still works fine however. So when the CH is on we can get hot water from the taps but it is somewhat inconsistent and varies from luke warm to very hot.
We have had a boiler specialist look at it and he has said we need to replace the Diverter Valve which he has quoted at £220+£70 for the work.
My question is do we need to replace the entire valve or would a Diverter Valve service kit such as linked below fix the problem? The kit would only cost around £45, but I guess it would require more work rather than just replacing the entire valve?

Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.
Thanks,
Daniel.
