Hi just been to a job" Hot water not as hot as before"Have tried to explain to customer that when the the boier was installed in the summer the temp of the cold main was alot warmer than now in winter Coukd some one please tell me what the temp rise for this boiler should be, i am getting 41c at hot tap and 5c on the cold at 10litrs a min,is this about right.Have checked if dial is turned up and done a gas rate 27kw gross on dhw thanks peter

Assuming it's the Riva Compact 28 then you should get nearly 12 litres/min and delta 35.

That gas rates low by about 20% the MI say 3.07 m/hr.

Have you checked the burner pressure? At your flow rate does the burner pressure stay at maximum or modulate down?

thanks for the reply the boiler runs at full and does not modulate i did not try burner pressue well do that monday .what should this be for riva 28 compact he.I thought 41c was not to bad but they want more thanks peter

Download the MI from Biasi's site.

The gas valve min/max settings need to be adjusted to the figures on the dataplate on the inside of the left cover.

If the min is set at the max then it will not modulate.
