Hi,
I Just moved in to New place. There is something wrong with the boiler. Central heating doesn't work. But i have hot water. I cant turn on control panel

Take pics of control panel and post here please. Which of the three led lights are lit or flashing. Do you have a wall thermostat and is it above 20 degrees ?

you do not have any display on the boilers time clock has this been disconnected ?
