Biasi Riva Compact Boiler shutting off

Hi,

We have a Biasi Riva Compact Boiler. When we turn on the boiler, the hot water comes on for a few seconds but then the lock out signal lamp comes on. Tried resetting the boiler (power on and power off) a few times and the same thing occurs.

Turning off isn’t resetting the boiler - looks like it’s the button to the left of the lockout indicator lamp. It might be a circulation issue, or other internal component. Recommend getting a gas safe engineer.
