Biasi riva compact HE boiler

having problems with this heap of junk, when on central heating boiler fires up reaches temp of 60deg then shuts down, radiators barely warm, once shut down temp drops to 30deg before firing up again.
Changed diverter valve, and motor, also CH stat, any advice ?

Have you tried changing the boiler? On a more serious note I've just changed one that was only seven years old, I hope to sell the house soon so went for the cheap option and had another Biasi fitted.
