It was genuinely a bit weird but probably just a temporary out of sync thing.

Mind you George Bush junior wasnt that old and yet he didn’t have a functioning brain
It was weird, especially at the start of his speech. And what made me wonder even more was 30 secs or so into his speech, the camera went to his entourage and it looked as though they were panicking about something. It definitely looked like he was miming certainly in parts, however probably nothing of the sort!
