Mrs Secure has been with them for a good few years now, no issues.
Out of the blue, I had a text message saying a replacement SIM was on its way.
I initially thought it was a scam so ignored it.
Then a new SIM arrived in the post.
It said it would "move you over to our even-better network".
I have since discovered that Virgin are planning to move from EE to Voda next year.
There was no mention of moving networks in the letter.
I think this is underhand. They must be wary of mentioning it because people may move.
We have absolutely shoite coverage of Vodafone here.
So I think I will be asking for a PAC.
Anyone else with Virgin heard about this?
