Big brother and the EU

Not Orwell the TV programme .......occasionally and unfortunately I'm tortured by having to endure it .........in the name of its interesting psychologically and therapy wise .......occasionally the sound goes off and you hear birds tweeting ......why ? My wife says it .......guess ......a law from the EU.

Like vat on tampons !!!!!!!!
