big pics with photobucket

recently I uploaded photos , they came up full page size.

Is this a waste of the sites resources and should I be doing smaller pics.

I am with photobucket, is there a smaller format that you can just click to enlarge
what size do others normally use

I have just noticed
can I now upload to my diynot album direct from my computer without going via p bucket

No problem As you say you can now upload direct to your DIYnot profile.

I think it's best to show the smaller pictures as you have done in the post above, and then people can click through to see the bigger picture if they wish. The large pictures sometimes extend the width of the page too much.

Photobucket gives you several size options, one is suitable for "message Boards", if you goto edit you will see the resize options
