Big Problems fellas

Hello, did you ever solve this problem? I have similar issues and would love to sort them out!

Start a new thread, rather than hi-jack a moribund one.

I would have sugested he/you read the installation manual regarding the requirement for an Essex/Warix/Surrey flange. Air comes out of solution in the hot water cylinder as the water is heated and may cause persistent air-locking of the high-level pipework or the pump inlet.

Thanks for your reply Onetap, but there is no mention of any of these items in the manual I have.

Look at the installation manual for any manufacturer's shower pump on-line, the principles for avoiding air-locks are common to all makes.
