bird muck scratches

hello all, the wife got a little carried away while washing the bird muck off the car and has scratched the paint work. i think its just the lacquer thats scratched, has anyone any ideas what to do to get rid of marks ive already tried t-cut and some other polish but you can still see them also what a rough estimate for a body shop to do the work.

I find excellent results from getting the local "Chips Away" franchisee to come round. he can touch all in the chips and scratches on a car in an hour or so and make it look like new.

Should cost £100 or so
