I would like to set up a simple playback speaker device that activates immediately I throw a separate switch and stops playback immediately the switch is broken.

It's for a demonstration rig, quality is less important.

So; I can record the sound I want, then when demoing, switch it on and playback and obviously off when the switch is thrown again. There ideally would be no controls on the playback device itself.

I have no idea if such a device is available as I work in construction but use other forums here a lot. Hope someone has a suggestion.

you might need to add a separate button for 'off' to momentarily break power to the circuit if you want to turn off mid-message.

other modules from other suppliers may offer better quality or more message storage

Thank you, at least I have a term to search for now though that might be just what I'm looking for.
