Hi all

I need to cut some conti board to fill in the gaps in our new wardrobes install. Will be using a circular saw for the long cuts and apparently the higher the tooth count on the blade the better the finish. However as this is a one off I don't want to spend a fortune on a blade that will never be used again, so what tooth count would you guys suggest I should be looking at as a minimum.

Cheers

You can reduce the chipping by pre scoring the cutting line with a sharp knife and covering with masking tape.

Just run a fine bead of dec caulk thru all the joints, hides any cut marks.

I'd go 40T, Saxton blades seem to do pretty cheap ones and they seem fine from the times I have used them.
