recently got a new washing-machine which is cold fill only whereas the old one was both hot and cold fill. I remove the hot water hose and went to look for blanking caps. Bought a 15mm diameter one, that was too small. Went back to the shop, got a 22mm diameter, that was too big. Since then, I have done a bit of research and it seems like I need a 3/4 BSP. Would people agree? What about the metal? Is brass OK?

Many thanks in advance,

Arnaud
