Hello,
I foolishly let my oil run too low (typical scot trying to squeeze the last penny out of the oil)and now my boiler needs bleeding!
can anyone tell me where to locate the bleed bolt/screw/valve pleeeeese.
The boiler is a trianco 110 and the bleed valve isnt obvious!
Or is there an easier way to bleed and re-fire?

No it's on the pump. It's the pump you have to bleed. If it doesn't have a stem it'll be a hexagonal nut bolted to the pump facing you. Some pumps have them on the side however.

You've either dragged the dregs from the tank into the oil line or it wasn't the problem in the first place. You can try bleeding with a rag at hand as boiler is firing. Failing that a gauge will be required to observe if oil pressure is reached, which is best done by an engineer.

tried the trip/reset button at the same time but no good.
the oil is coming through but no fire up!
possibly time for an engineer unless im missing anything glaringly obvious?
