Sorry people iv tried searching to no avail.We have had the council refurb. Rewired old light switch by channeling plaster, new cable, steel trunk a then browning plaster and smooth filler.Now we misted this with watered down Crown matt emulsion and two tops of store own vynle silk no prob till now .Now on applying last coat its started tp peel and blister off.It hasnt done it on the other light fitting and the browning wasnt that deep as they could only channel to the bricks.Any advice appreciated.
