Gonna be building a dense block wall soon approximately 15mx1.2m. It will be blocks laid flat for the thickness. I will put weep holes in the bottom of the wall to for drainage. Can I just lay 15m of block like this without a pillar or two for strength. I think I will need about 450 blocks but not sure about sand an cement for this task. Any estimates on this or the equation needed for this please.
Many thanks in advance.

In a way yes... The garden behind is on slope and we have cut into land to get terrace so I would say yes. But it is only a metre high.

Make sure you put a proper drainage system behind the wall as well as the weepholes.

Dig out a bit more at the back and fill up with stones, protected with a membrane.
