Hi i am about to begin a diy project on my back garden and create a boundary wall in 4 inch concrete blocks.
The wall will be 23 metres long and 1.8metres in height(6ft). The plan was to to do the wall single skin and add 1 block pillars on the back side at intervals to strengthen the wall tying in with ties of some sort, the wall itself will eventually be rendered which should add to the strength!
My footings are 300mm wide and 200mm deep so my question is which blocks are most suitable to use?
will a 7.3N dense block be overkill/too heavy or are these what i should be using?
Any help would be great thanks
