fnt can i ask your expert advice on blocking up several doorways internal, theres floor boards all over the house , would you take up the floor board and build from over site?

Stud-work or masonry?

If the masonry partitions exist below the floor boards then go ahead, otherwise it will be a costly exercise having to dig foundations.
You may be able to fit a pcc lintel and build off this, but i would be inclined to build a stud partition.
