blocking up interior doors

Hey

I have 2 interior doors to block up in my home what is the best way todo it?
one is going to form part of new bathroom wall is it best to brick it breez block it or stud it?

the other door is just a second door to a bedroom as it used to be split in 2
they both have wood surounds and both will be plasterd over but was just wondering the best way todo it and if its easy enuff!!!

Because I'm no mason I'd stud it. Fill the inside of the stud frame with mineral wool (for sound insulation) and use 12.5mm plasterboard
