"Nobody" including Baxi themselves has a combi box door assembly for a 24HE, what a ridiculous situation for a 2.5 year old boiler, maybe I should have fitted an Ideal Icos, at least you can get the bloody parts, now I have to wait and cant charge until sorted, running round in a van not earning isn't good business, same problem with Heatrae Sadia, waiting for parts from them for another job, no wonder this country is on it's knees, waiting for **** from Italy instead of making it ourselves.

I hope you have got other work to do but its a disaster for the customer.

Of course one wonders what has gone wrong with the door? Its not normally a part to fail unless anyone smashed it with a hammer!

You should get the customer to contact the parts director at Potty/Baxi. That can work wonders.

The recession means that companies run their stock levels down to a minimum/nil and then just order it in when required.

So why do you need a new door?

Tony

It's this upgrade business, upgraded igniter kit to stop arcing and intermittent lockout, needs upgrade door for it to fit, nothing actually wrong with the door :-(
