Hi, the previous owner of our property obviously enjoyed Alan Titchmarsh's Ground Force because he painted 3 fence panels blue and 6 green. I have tried to paint over it with Lidl's bargain fence paint but to no avail. In fact the blue now looks grey, so I have three different coloured fence panels. The whole thing looks very 'OF-FENCE-IVE'. Any advice would be most helpful.[/quote]
