Bluff and bluster fails.

No, I have little interest in these scum. What is the issue with the fake certificate, please?
I know you like a bit of chatGPT, have a go at asking it to summarise https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content...e-for-Health-and-Social-Care-v-PPE-Medpro.pdf. it was pretty impressive. but the one pager had an error I think.

Point 150 on - there is an allegation that the test certificate of conformity issues by Intertek was a fake.

Government lawyers also f** up. Storage costs were dismissed (308 on), despite being claimable under the contract. they failed to prove quantum.

there was also a comment from the judges that it was 40 government / 30 med pro and 30 unproven due to f** ups

I have never used chatGPT !!

I am pretty handy with Google, though ;)

Because they didn’t win the full amount, they screwed up on that. It boiled down to the terms of the framework. The full claim was some approx £133m

They had a right to reject based on the failure to meet the specification. Medpro argued they had accepted them, but that did not waive their framework right.

It was 40 in favour of claimant, 30 medpro and 30 missing evidence. But I need to find that again.

Biker chicken is trying very hard to divert attention from Mone and her hubby using her Tory buddies to jump to the front of the queue so they could loot hundreds of millions from the nation.
The very worst Tory scum. MBK heroes.

Phoney Mone-y ... Phoney Mone-y (think about the Billy Idol song Mony Mony ;))

Selling tons of PPE at inflated prices that wasn't even fit for purpose.

Scummy scummy tactics.

Get her out of the House of Lords, strip the titles.

I've had a quick look now. That seems to be about the evidence on the chain of custody and possible causes of contamination. It is a bit confusing. I think the judge is saying that 40% of the evidence points to the contamination being from the manufacture, 30% points to it being caused by the NHS storage process, and 30% of the evidence is missing.

Don’t see what all the fuss is about tbh

Some one got caught with there hand in the
Till ?? So
Now have to pay it back ??

And we've still got a hosepipe ban in Yorkshire

Thread disruption aside, could it be the two plots of land were in separate ownership to reduce their value? One gave access to another but each was worth less individually than together. Like a pair of Chippendale chairs.

I think it's more than likely.
