Chess has got to be the ultimate choice, however a very good caed game we played in the RAF was "Hunt the Kutn" or AKA " Chase the Lady"

What about Mexican train dominoes?, not a "board game" as such although at the end of each round the adults can enjoy tequila shots while the kids munch on tortilla chips and dips
