Boiler banging

I've got a mynute 25HE which has stopped working (fault code 10)

When you try and fire it up it makes a deep thumping sound as if you were hitting it with your fist every few seconds and the fault code comes up.

Any idea what this is?

That seems to indicate a gas/combustion problem.

That type of fault needs to be investigated by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

We do not give advice on DIY gas work on this forum.

Or as Tony didn't mention, it could be low on water, seized pump or external controls not opening.

Now the red/green lights aren't showing at all, the fan appears to run if you try resetting it but nothing else.

Not attempting to fire at all.
