Thanks for the reply again. I have checked that & it is fine being below 0.4 as you say. I'm at a loss with it now really......

If it were a gas/combustion issue would that not show with Central Heating also?

Did you measure the voltage across the NO contacts with the boiler operating?

Nope I only measured it with the boiler turned off. I can measure it whilst operating if you know what it should be?

Just to confirm I've just fired up the central heating which is completely fine & does not suffer from this problem. In hot water mode it is almost like the boiler keeps thinking the water is getting too hot & so shuts off??
