Still looking at different options for replacing my back boiler.

Although I am not keen on having a boiler in the roof space primarily because of freezing condensate pipe on the outside wall, one option that has been suggested is to bring down the condensate pipe internally and plumb it into the bath waste as there is a clear route.

Is this ok ?

Regards

Seems this is acceptable :)

"Wherever possible, the condensate drainage pipe should be routed and terminated so that the condensate drains away from the boiler under gravity to a suitable internal foul water discharge point such as an internal soil and vent stack, internal kitchen, bathroom or washing machine waste pipe or similar."

yes it is acceptable and quite common, try if you can to keep the condensate pipe internal to avoid problems with freezing , read some of the other threads on here about boilers in lofts though, I certainly wouldnt recommend it
