HI
IS IT ACCEPTABLE TO RUN MY WORCESTER BOILER CONDENSATE AWAY BY ..
COMING OUT OF BOILER IN PLASTIC PIPE INTO A TUN DISH [ HIDDEN BEHIND A PIPE COVER] AWAY FROM THE TUN DISH USEING WASHING MASHINE OUTLET HOSE AND INTO A WASHMACHINE SPIGGOT TYPE WASTE UNDER A VERY NEARBY SINK.
MAKEING SURE THE FLEX HOSE IS RUNNING DOWNHILL AND IS CLIPPED.
THE SINK WASTE GOES INTO A NEARBY OPEN DRAIN NOT A STACK.
WHAT DO YOU THINK ?

MANY THANKS ....JOHN

I think you should not write in capitals!

What you describe will work IF the tun dish is at least 300 mm above the connection to the drain.

There is no need for a tun dish and if an air gap is needed then I would often arrange a loose pipe inside a larger one. For example the flex hose into a 32 mm waste pipe before it reduces to 22 mm. Alternately you can take it into the side entry of a "T" fitting.
