Boiler cuts out momentarily

I have a green star combi boiler. I've noticed that it is intermittently cuts out when I run the shower or bath. The pressure is fine. What might be causing the cut out?

Could be a number of things...faulty sensor, overheating, blocked flue, gas valve fault, PCB, fan....time to get a GSR engineer to look at it

Boilers do benefit from annual servicing.

Presumably you don't think so and have never had it serviced?

No amount of servicing will fix a blocked plate !!!

Tony uses his stethoscope when servicing , he also removes plate hex and cleans within the £84 service charge , temp probes will prove to him plate is starting to scale....awesome...
