Interesting pictures on that thread. So assuming that the BG engineer has a sonic cleaner appropriate for the main h/ex then he ought to be able to back flush and clean out the debris. BG have said they will replace the hoses at the same time so if they are starting to crumble internally then I shouldn't get another similar blockage.
