Boiler Flue Clearence

Hi first post so please be gentle
I want to put a conservatory close to a boiler flue and understand the min clearence is 300mm
Can anyone advise where the measurment is taken from - the center line of the flue, or the outside edge of the flue - may sound daft but those extra few mm may make all the difference - and i want to get on the right sight of the regulations for safety's sake.

This is a common one.
Call the manufacturer. SOmetimes they will allow closer than they say in the MI if the obstruction is only on one side. You will need to protect the conservatory from the heat/moisture from the flue. A sheet of aluminium is usually sufficient.
